FAQ

Before visiting the Czech House, please first read our VISITOR REGULATIONS, which contain key information on how to behave and what not to bring.

1) How much do tickets to the Czech House cost?
From 1 July, the price of a ticket is 24 euros online and at the door.

2) What is the difference between tickets bought online and on the spot?
A ticket purchased online allows you to enter the Czech House at any time of the day. A ticket purchased on the spot allows entry to the Czech House at the moment it is purchased, and only if there is free capacity. We therefore recommend that you buy your ticket online in advance.

3) Do I have to buy a ticket for a child?
Children under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge.

4) If I buy a ticket online, can I leave and come back?
Tickets purchased online and on-site are for two admissions per person only. You can leave once during the day and come back.

5) Can I come by car?
It is not possible to park near the Czech House and you can only get around the park on foot. We recommend using one of the public transport options in Paris, see the section "Which way to the house".

6) From when to when is it open?
The Czech House is open from 27 July every day from noon to midnight until 11 August. On Friday 26 July, the Czech House will open at 4pm.

WHAT EXACTLY IS THE CZECH HOUSE?

A unique place for Olympic athletes and fans to meet, cheer together, watch the Olympic Games programme and celebrate success and medals.

The Czech House will be part of the "Nations Park" olympic project, which will transform the most famous park in Paris, La Villette, into the biggest centre for fans for the duration of the Games. It is located in the northeast of the French capital with excellent transport links and is ideal for both sport and relaxation.

The Czech House also won two unique awards for the best national house during the Olympic Games.
